Waking Up Better
- I am a 57 year old woman with arthritis. When it got to the point that I could barely get out of bed in the morning, and my sciatica was so painful I had to get a steroid shot AGAIN AND AGAIN, I knew I had to do something. So, out of desperation I tried glucosamine. Two months into taking it I was a new person!!! I haven't had to get a shot in almost a year. I'm getting around better and better. I read that a study done of its effects showed that deterioration in the joints not only slowed in some people, but they actually improved! My doctor said that it doesn't help everyone, but for me it has been a life saver!!!!

Morning Stiffness Slows Me Down
- Yes. I do Yoga stretches. If I didn't, I wouldn't be able to move. The stiffness and pain is unbelievable. After the stretches, I am able to go on with my day.
