I'm sent things to review from time to time. Most things don't make the cut. The most recent thing was a walking workout video for people with arthritis. It's aimed at people who don't think they can exercise enough to matter.
The video is called Arthritis Relief Walking Workout With Suzanne Andrews. She presents a 37-minute walking workout that can be done in your own home, sitting or standing. Sound too good to be true? When I viewed the video, I immediately observed that the exercises were what a physical therapist recommended to me a year ago when I had back problems.
