Ready to Make Living With Arthritis Better in 2014?

By December 31, 2013

Follow me on:

2014We're at the end of another year and ready to bust into 2014. A lot of people make New Year's resolutions to help them start on a desired path. Some people with arthritis just skip the resolution thing. It's hard to do with a disease that is so variable -- good days, bad days -- you know the drill. But, we can each probably make small improvements, even if we don't call them "resolutions". I've pulled together a dozen or so articles that hopefully can help you. Full Article: Life With Arthritis Can Be Better in the New Year.

One more thing, before I let the rest of 2013 tick away. May 2014 be your best year ever! Don't settle for less.
