You have heard about all of the fad diets, as well as diets that seem of have some benefit. But, it gets confusing doesn't it? Which diet should you be following if you have rheumatoid arthritis. Should you eliminate nightshades or be on an anti-inflammatory diet? How about the Mediterranean diet?
Is this an individual decision or should all people with rheumatoid arthritis eat similarly? An answer that is as clear cut as we would like still seems elusive, but I recommend this article from the November 2013 issue of The Rheumatologist.
