NSAIDs (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) are among the most popular medications used to treat arthritis. There are well over a dozen NSAIDs, perhaps close to two dozen. Ibuprofen, naproxen, and diclofenac seem to be the NSAIDs we hear about most often.
