Managing Arthritis Flares

Have you ever heard a person with arthritis say, "I'm in a flare"? Or, perhaps you've said it yourself. An arthritis flare is an episode of increased pain, stiffness, and fatigue. The intensified symptoms seem to come out of nowhere. The suddenness and severity of a flare can be very disruptive to your normal routine.
