Oh thank you so much for discussing Tai Chi! I have been wanting to learn more about it
In fact, my sister in law has arthritis and I have been trying to read some info on it to help her out. The best advicce I have for ANY aches and pains one might have is an all natural product that our family really really loves called Topricin! It works so well for all kinds of things. We even use the kids version for bee stings and all their aches! Anyway- I hope this helps some others suffering.
Great blog! I’ve heard alot about Tai Chi being good for helping with arthritis and i’ve been wanting to try it out! Trouble is i didn’t really know what it was! This article is really interesting – thanks!
