Add a new dimension into your life -- such as arthritis or another illness -- and the ups and downs can feel like you are on a perpetual seesaw. What happens when you seemingly can't put two good days together, or planned activities just become a disappointment? What's the best advice for balancing the unpredictability of arthritis?
