Malaise Can Be Associated With Chronic Arthritis

Malaise is a hard-to-explain symptom which is associated with many chronic types of arthritis, as well as other medical conditions. Side effects of drugs also can cause malaise. Among the diseases which are known to cause malaise are:

It doesn't sound good, but what exactly are malaise symptoms? Malaise (pronounced muh-laze) has been described as a general feeling of discomfort, illness, or lack of well-being.

There are other symptoms which are similar to malaise, but not the same as malaise. By assessing other symptoms which are present with malaise, it is easier to determine the true cause of malaise. You should consult your doctor about malaise if you have other symptoms which also point to illness or if malaise has persisted for one week or more with or without any other symptoms.
