Keeping A Positive Attitude: A Positive Approach To Arthritis

Positive attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference. A positive attitude can be part of an effective treatment plan. Keeping a positive attitude can be difficult when you have arthritis. High moments and low moments can speckle the life of someone living with arthritis. Life with arthritis is a continuum of peaks and troughs. To survive in the troughs, you must harbor certain positive attributes. Do you have a positive approach to arthritis?
