Palladone: Extended Release Hydromorphone Capsules Pulled From Market

The Food and Drug Administration ordered the maker of Palladone (hydromorphone hydrochloride extended release capsules) to stop selling the narcotic drug, citing potentially fatal reactions when Palladone is taken together with alcohol. The FDA had just approved Palladone in September 2004.
