Everywhere you look it seems diet and exercise are being promoted for better health. It's common sense, yet for people living with pain and limited range of motion caused by arthritis, it can seem impossible to do. Think again. I have a question. Is swimming or doing aerobics in an unheated fairly cold pool harmful for arthritis?
