Duragesic Recall - Nationwide Recall of Duragesic Patches

Monday April 12, 2004
Janssen Pharmaceutica Products is expanding its U.S. recall of Duragesic (fentanyl transdermal system) CII 75 mcg/hour patches to include five manufacturing lots. Available by prescription only, the patches contain a potent opiate medication. The company recalled one lot of Duragesic 75 mcg/hour patches in February 2004 after determining that some patches in this lot might leak medication along one edge. Read more information on the recall and specific lot numbers.

I’ve had the same problem with the 75 & 100’s. The 100’s had little to no medication inside the patch. I hate these patches, go generic, much better product!!!!
