Canada Organizing New Medical Marijuana Project

Canada is in the preliminary stages of organizing a pilot project in British Columbia which would permit the sale of government-certified marijuana in local pharmacies. The project would make Canada the second country in the world to allow the direct sale of medical marijuana. Last year, Canada announced it would sell marijuana and seeds to medically eligible people and their suppliers. Read more about medical marijuana.
