Canada Organizing New Medical Marijuana Project

Canada is in the preliminary stages of organizing a pilot project in British Columbia which would permit the sale of government-certified marijuana in local pharmacies. The project would make Canada the second country in the world to allow the direct sale of medical marijuana.
