U.S. Sues to Close Down Canadian Drug Broker

ABCNEWS.com reports that The Justice Department has filed suit in U.S. District Court in Tulsa, Okla., charging that Rx Depot Inc. and its sister company, Rx of Canada LLC, violated federal law by causing the importation of Canadian prescription drugs.
