Physical Activity vs. Exercise

I find that jsy curling my 2lb weight in my wheelchair while wathcing TV is helpful . And I also try do do leg lifts and other strenches when just watching TV .It’s not taking time away from anything important and it keeps what little strength I do have still there . And my doctors are very happy with that . Ask your doctor and give it a try. Good Luck! Gabby0501
